We design you a style of house that compliments the surrounding houses and is at one with the environment, utilizing the Equatorial sun for solar water heating both in the house and the swimming pool. Our prices for construction are generally $40.00 per square foot excluding the land costs. Landscaping and exterior lot walls and swimming pools add to the per square meter costs.
